Accessing Reports

1. Navigate to Analytics & Reports from the main menu.
2. Choose from available reports such as:
   • Referral Volume over Time
   • Referral Source Analysis
   • Physician Engagement Summary
   • Patient Demographics
   • Referral Outcomes and Statuses

Generating Custom Reports

• Use filters to customize reports by date range, therapist, referring physician, or referral status.
• Select export options to download reports as CSV or PDF files for offline review.

Understanding Key Metrics

• Referral Volume: Tracks the number of referrals received. Identify peak periods for staffing needs.
• Top Referring Physicians: Discover most active referral sources to focus engagement efforts.
• Referral Status Breakdown: View percentage of referrals in progress, completed, or declined.
• Patient Outcomes: Analyze successful treatment completions linked to referrals.

Scheduling Automated Reports

• Set up automated email reports to stakeholders on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
• Customize report content and recipients in Settings > Reports Scheduling.
